The founders individually contributed to the creation of residences, institutional buildings, factories, infrastructure projects, and more, each serving as a testament to their dedication, sincerity, quality-focused approach, and passion for excellence. Today, boasting a combined experience exceeding 70 years, they have successfully completed numerous residential properties, housing well-connected and prominent citizens.
The partnership, originating in 2003, underwent transformations over the years and ultimately evolved into a Limited Liability Partnership firm known as Pramuk Infracon LLP in 2011. Pramuk envisions each project as a radiant pearl on a necklace — brilliant and unique individually, yet collectively forming a stunning statement, a lifetime's achievement. Founders
N Keshavamurthy, co-founder of Pramuk Infracon LLP, has a career spanning over 40 years as a highly experienced civil engineer and civil contractor. He began his career with Vasu Enterprises and went on to float his own proprietorship in the year 1985, successfully executing a number of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Mr. Keshavamurthy’s technical knowledge and experience of the industry has helped propel Pramuk to becoming one of the better emerging real estate developers in the city.
SKB Prasad, the co-founder of Pramuk Infracon LLP comes with a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from IISc, Bangalore. He has had immense experience in handling the engineering, administration and management of civil projects. His career began as a lecturer in Civil Engineering at MSRIT, Bangalore and went on to become a Senior Structural Engineer for Services Engineer Ltd in Kaduna, Nigeria. His entrepreneurial skills drove him to establish Nirmitee Constructions in 1986, executing several residential and commercial projects. Mr. Prasad’s entrepreneurial skills have been a driving force for the growth of Pramuk.
